Casey says, "Perhaps." Apparently the key to lasting victory is understanding why (cough) adult films are like B'way musicals, except when they're not.

Now that I know, it's a safe bet that everyone else already does, too. But WTF... it's the damn NEW YEAR, MAN !!

Thank You. My New Year's resolution is now... uh, resolved. I actually posted every day for a whole week in 2009. There's something very sinister about cute. Pornographic, yep, with everyone hanging around pretending that something just up and decided, "ooh, wouldn't it be nice to be cute?" And then did it.

Maybe it did. Maybe so. And maybe, just maybe, there was a little something else that went beforehand.

He's a smoker?! Why doesn't anyone tell me these things! Why oh why?? I'd have voted for him if I'd known that. I could have kept my carcinogenic purity intact. Now I'm stuck with this box of Cthulhu bumper stickers and four years to go before they're worth anything again.

I feel your pain. I have all these "Kneel Before Zod" posters left over from the 2008 campaign, and I know it's seriously ruining my chances to score quick bucks as a foster parent. :(

Oh, the humanity of it all! Here we are trying to do our level best to help our fellows and we get nothing but calumnies for our efforts. I dare say a day will come when they'd be happy to have the option of kneeling before Zod. And what will they say then? Eh? Ha! They'll ask why you never proposed it.

Yeah, and then they'll want to know if the leather pants are real leather. Y'know, like our supreme ruler ever needed to tell us unworthy sniveling worms one way or the other. Prioritization is truly an extinct art amongst the servant classes, I tell you...
