Unfortunately, it's not the thing to take when the twin hellbeasts of Barbed-wire-throat and ZOMFG-what's-this-ten-ton-weight-lodged-a-foot-North-of-my-right-nostril wake you up at 4 AM and you can't get back to sleep. I considered employing vodka for this purpose, then thought better of it.
